RPF Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has not released any press release regarding the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors (Exe.) and Constables (Exe.) in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). Earlier, a notification circulated on various social media platforms, which has been deemed fake according to the PIB statement. The notification concerned the selection of eligible candidates for Constable and Sub-Inspector positions.
As per the notification, interested candidates who meet all eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website at rpf.indianrailways.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2250 vacancies, with 2000 for the Constable post and 250 for the Sub-Inspector post.
The selection of candidates will be based on the aggregate performance in the computer-based, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Physical Standard Test (PST). Candidates need to qualify at each stage to proceed to the subsequent stage.

RPF Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
To be eligible for RPF recruitment 2024, candidates must not exceed the upper age limit of 25 years. However, the minimum age limit for the Constable position is 18 years and 20 years for the Sub-Inspector position. Age relaxation is permissible for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Additionally, candidates must fulfil the educational qualification requirements.
For the RPF SI post, aspirants must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution, whereas a matriculation certificate is mandatory to apply for the Constable post.
