According to the official notification, “Admit Card will be made available on the UPSC website (https://upsconline.nic.in) for downloading three weeks before the commencement of the examination.” No Admit Card will be sent by post.

UPSC CSE Exam Pattern 2023
UPSC IAS exam is considered as one of the most difficult in the country. Prelims exam will be conducted for all applicants who have submitted the UPSC form. The exam will be conducted offline. Questions will be framed on General Studies Subject (100 questions) and on Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT- 80 Questions). Negative marking will also be done.
